About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and credentialed HVAC ICC Licensed Holder to support our operations team in the Scranton, PA or Albany, NY region. This position combines field leadership responsibilities with an important licensing function for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess current ICC certifications, test scores, and/or applicable municipal licenses required to support business operations in jurisdictions where licensing is mandated.

This role will work closely with Location Managers to ensure high standards of quality, training, safety, and operational execution while providing the licensing qualifications necessary for company operations in designated municipalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Location Managers with daily field operations and workforce oversight.

• Assist in maintaining quality standards, job-site compliance, and operational consistency.

• Provide coaching, training, and development for field personnel.

• Conduct field audits and inspections to ensure work meets company and regulatory standards.

• Serve as a field leadership resource for technicians and operational teams.

• Provide required licensing qualifications, certifications, and signatures when necessary to support company licensing requirements.

• Collaborate with management on operational improvements, workforce development, and best practices.

• Support safety initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Licensing & Certification Requirements

Candidates must already possess one or more of the following:

• ICC certification and/or qualifying ICC test scores.

• Municipal licenses required for business operations in applicable jurisdictions.

• Any additional certifications, credentials, or qualifications that satisfy local licensing requirements for municipalities where company operations require a licensed qualifier.

Examples may include jurisdictions such as:

• Scranton, PA

• Poughkeepsie, NY

• Other municipalities requiring ICC certification, licensing, or similar credentials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field operations, construction, inspection, HVAC, mechanical services, facilities, or related industries.

• Strong leadership and employee development skills.

• Ability to train, mentor, and support field personnel.

• Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with operational leadership.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
