Topline Heating & Air is a rapidly growing residential HVAC company serving homeowners across Lancaster and surrounding communities. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead strategy, manage high-impact campaigns, and build a dominant local brand.
This role is perfect for someone who loves combining creative marketing with performance analytics—especially in social media, paid advertising, and lead generation.

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI
Lead the internal marketing team and coordinate with external agencies
Collaborate with sales and operations to align campaigns with seasonal HVAC demand
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Oversee organic social media strategy to build community engagement and brand authority
Manage seasonal campaigns for HVAC services such as A/C tune-ups, furnace replacements, and indoor air quality
Implement geo-targeted advertising and retargeting campaigns
Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversions
Drive inbound leads through social media, Google Ads, SEO, and Local Service Ads
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations
Manage reputation marketing and online reviews
Develop compelling homeowner-focused content including energy savings, rebates, and maintenance tips
Oversee video production, customer testimonials, and educational campaigns
Ensure consistent branding across all digital and traditional channels
Track and report campaign performance weekly and monthly
Use data insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Required
5+ years of marketing leadership experience
3+ years managing social media campaigns for a residential B2C company
Proven success generating measurable ROI from paid social campaigns
Experience managing $250K+ annual marketing budgets
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
Understanding of local service marketing and seasonal demand cycles
Preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service CRM
Background in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
Experience with video marketing and user-generated content campaigns
