Install Manager – HVAC
Location: Lancaster, PA
Salary: $85,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility (including some Saturdays)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience managing 40–60+ employees

• Experience overseeing $15–$25 million in revenue

• Industry background in HVAC preferred, but plumbing or electrical also considered

• Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills

• EPA Certification and valid driver’s license required

• Ability to train and oversee full HVAC system installations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 16+ HVAC installers and helpers

• Drive training, performance, and team development

• Ensure project timelines, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Manage department KPIs, scheduling, and budgets

• Enforce compliance with safety and regulatory codes

• Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements
