Topline Heating and Air, a fast-growing HVAC leader, is seeking a dynamic Regional Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across our Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York markets. This high-impact leadership role is based in Lancaster, PA, with regular travel to regional warehouse locations.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support Warehouse Managers in PA, NY, and OH, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.

• Oversee day-to-day operations including inventory control, receiving, staging, and dispatch logistics.

• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures to optimize safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, developing improvement plans and accountability systems.

• Collaborate with Operations and Install/Service Teams to ensure seamless material flow and job readiness.

• Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff in coordination with local managers.

• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and team meetings across the region.

• Participate in budget planning and cost control efforts for warehouse operations.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
• Purchasing and inventory experience
• Proven ability to manage teams, improve processes, and drive performance.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to NY and OH warehouse locations.
• HVAC industry or construction supply experience preferred.
