Inside Sales Representative Team Lead (Lancaster, PA)

At TopLine Heating & Air, we are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated leader to build and lead our Inside Sales team from the ground up. This role is critical to our growth strategy and requires someone with a proven ability to sell over the phone, coach reps, and create a high-performance sales culture. You will play a hands-on role in developing team structure, training processes, and hitting ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Hire, onboard, and manage a growing team of inside sales representatives.
● Design and implement scalable sales processes and phone scripts.
● Conduct daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing sales training.
● Set and track individual and team KPIs (e.g., calls per day, conversion rates, revenue).
● Lead by example by actively participating in outbound/inbound sales efforts.
● Monitor CRM usage and ensure pipeline hygiene.
● Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and conversion.
● Analyze data and report performance trends to leadership weekly.
● Foster a culture of accountability, competition, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
● 2–5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2C or home services environment.
● 1–2+ years in a sales leadership or team lead role.
● Proven success selling over the phone—strong closer and communicator.
● Experience using CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reps and processes simultaneously.
● Self-starter with a bias for action—takes initiative and drives results without micromanagement.
● Comfortable giving feedback, coaching, and holding reps accountable.
● Strong data literacy—can use numbers to identify issues and improve performance.
